Take a generous portion of this sauce and cook your meat or vegetables of your choice to have curry based dishes. Ex: this is used for chicken, lamb and fish curry. Can also to be used for sautéing vegetables.
Add cooked chicken, lamb to this sauce with potatoes and cook.
Add cooked chicken and simmer or add raw mushrooms and simmer until mushrooms are cooked.
Add paneer, cooked chicken or lamb and cook.
Add cooked chicken, Lamb, mixed vegetables or paneer and simmer until sauce is thickened. If you find sauce is too thick, you can add milk or water.
Marinade chicken or your choice overnight and cook normally. Ex: oven, BBQ, etc.
Coat thinly sliced vegetables or meat in batter and cook until golden brown. To ensure fritters are cooked thoroughly, cut open one piece.
Suggested vegetables: potatoes, eggplant,
cauliflower, onion, and spinach.
Suggested, meats: shrimp, chicken, fish.
